NWT Chamber welcomes new Executive Director

December 31st, 2009

The NWT Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the hiring of its new Executive Director.

"I am pleased to announce that Ted Savelle has accepted the position of Executive Director effective January 5, 2010," said NWT Chamber President Ann Marie Tout.
 
"Ted has an extensive background with Non-Government Organizations, including serving previously as Executive Director of the Canadian Red Cross Society, Branch Coordinator with the Canadian Diabetes Association, Fundraising Manager with the Kidney Foundation of Canada and District Director – Community & Investor Relations with Junior Achievement of Eastern Ontario."
 
Mr. Savelle has also owned and managed his own manufacturing business and served as the Interim Executive Director with the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade.
