Made in the Northwest Territories

In 2008, the value of all manufacturing shipments in the NWT stood at about $39.5 million. Manufacturing is a small portion of the territorial economy, but it still employs some 400 people among roughly 100 firms. Although the secondary diamond industry makes up the majority of NWT manufacturing activity, it is a diverse sector with other companies involved in producing a wide range of products.

If you want Made in the NWT labels to let customers know where your goods are manufactured, fill out this form and submit it electronically to the NWT Chamber office.

The NWT Chamber of Commerce is proud to help recognize Northern manufacturers and the contribution they make to our territorial economy through this initiative. You need not be a Chamber member to participate.
